Everybody who has reached their first birthday requires a ticket. Please note, public event laws vary nationwide and some venues may require all patrons to have a ticket. Please contact your local venue to confirm their specific policy.

In order to receive a presale password, you must be registered for Whale Mail. To sign up, please click here and enter your information. Upon signing up, you will receive a confirmation email containing a presale code.

Baby Shark’s Big Broadwave Tour is approximately 65 minutes with a 15 minute intermission.

Baby Shark's Big Broadwave Tour features Baby Shark and his fincredible fishy friends on an undersea adventure filled with oceans of fun and finship! To save their beloved Party Puddle Theatre, Baby and the squiddos must dive into action to create a flowstopping, splash-hit Broadwave swimsation — and they need your help to put on the biggest Broadwave show ever! Jam-packed with catchy music, heartwarming characters and tidal waves of laughter, this interactive live show will make fishies of all ages shake their tail fins with delight.

The Fintastic Photo Op is a 30 minute Photo Op with Baby Shark! It will begin approximately ONE HOUR BEFORE the show, and will conclude 30 minutes before curtain. This pre-show experience will include an exclusive gift for each child, and give guests the opportunity to purchase merchandise before the general public. Each adult and child (age 1 & up) must have their own Fintastic Photo Op ticket.

Disclaimer: Length of the Fintastic Photo Op will not be extended for guests who arrive late. Specific start times may vary slightly. Start times will be communicated with guests via email approximately one week before their Fintastic Photo Op. Guests are responsible for bringing their own cameras to capture photos.

Be sure you purchase tickets only from the links on babysharkontour.com, or through your local venue’s website. Secondhand distributors are NOT official ticketing sites. Tickets purchased through these resellers and non-official ticketing sites may not be valid. If you have questions, call your local venue’s box office. VStar Entertainment Group is not able to address or resolve any issues related to “secondary” or re-sale transactions and/or tickets.

We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance to ensure the availability of the seats in the location or price level you want. However, as long as they are available, seats remain on sale until performance time.

Doors open one hour prior to showtime. Allow ample time for traffic, parking delays, and entrance to the venue. Once you arrive, you may want to take your child to the restroom and get refreshments in order to be seated and ready by show time.

The specific appropriate age range for children is 1 to 6 but, as a live stage experience, Baby Shark’s Big Broadwave Tour! is shared and enjoyed by the entire family. We love seeing children and their parents and grandparents all coming together to enjoy our productions!

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a cancellation were to occur, it will be posted to our social media pages with details on exchanges or refunds.

We are not able to refund your tickets if you forgot about and missed your chosen performance, so please be sure to keep track of the date and time you plan to attend the show.

We believe in making Baby Shark's Big Broadwave Tour an enjoyable experience for all families. To assist in making your experience the best it can be, here is some information about our show:

ADA Seating: ADA seating is available at all performances – including VIP. For assistance purchasing ADA seating, please contact your local venue’s box office.

Lights: Baby Shark's Big Broadwave Tour features theatrical lighting that may shine into the audience.

Sensory Provisions: Please reach out to your local venue to learn about their accommodations.

Sound: Baby Shark's Big Broadwave Tour has a sound level of 90dB with the occasional peak at 100dB.

Special Effects: There is a confetti cannon used in the finale of each performance.
